A private equity residential investment masterplan for 55 houses and flats with a gym. The client was inspired by the bespoke contemporary design of Page Mews and the sense of community it created.  Therefore, the masterplan uses our modern houses (with options for alternative traditional designs) set in a mews with private parking, courtyards, communal gardens and an underground car park.
