Located on a prominent site between Putney and Richmond, the buildings are designed using a mixture of traditional classical and Georgian architectural styles. The scale of the terrace is broken down into a vertical rhythm of paired bays and vertically aligned windows based on Georgian principles.
The grandeur is emphasised by a tall base with a stucco finish. Bay windows on the houses become secluded enclosed balconies for the apartments and gardens provide privacy from a busy road to ensure that residents have usable outside space.
Subtle brickwork features, detailed cornice work, ornate railings and balustrades add quality and demonstrates the finer details of our designs. An ornate cornice tops the development.
The houses are set over 5 levels with high ceilings and a mezzanine from the main living room that overlooks a reception room. The bay is capped by a timber pergola; making the turret a local landmark feature.
