A masterplan that unifies 6 buildings by remodelling the roof with new rentable hotel rooms, inserting 3 new buildings / extensions and harmonising the elevations. Landscape design transforms the street frontage with formal gardens and water features.

New vehicle and pedestrian routes define the main entrance, providing a covered walkway for a coach drop off point and a covered market space for the local community.
