A private house

The SSA team designed and built a 3-bedroom home on a small urban site enclosed by mature trees. This required extensive public consultation with the local community and the council to obtain planning approval. Our research into innovative tree root irrigation and the use of special foundations enabled the team to build very close to the established trees, thereby maximising the site’s development potential.  Upon completion, the client chose to live in the house instead of selling it!
